I'm at the point of just following the Singapore accountants original suggestion, which was to move to Wave Accounting which she said did everything we needed and was free for our use case. This is insane, how can MYOB take a product that sort of worked and that we've used for years for both subsidiary and parent with the same software package and make it unusable? This is costing us $thousands in wasted effort. Once MYOB updates their server to Confirm the serial number as a AR2022 file, you may not be able to also automatically Confirm the Premier v19 file - you may need to contact MYOB to Confirm the Premier. All MYOB files required regular Confirmation. It appears that MYOB have changed it to AUD when they did the conversion.įrom what I see here, there is no way to change this. The confusion about running Premier v19 and AR2022 is when you are using the same serial number. Now, after incurring a ridiculous amount on the new subscription and close to $1000 the accountant has billed us just to get the files for the 2 entities converted, and after having incurred a day of Singapore accountant time preparing to get our Singapore returns up to date, she found the reason things weren't making sense for her is because the Singapore file is no longer in SGD as its default currency. Recently was pushed by our local Australian accountant to upgrade to the current AccountRight Premier as our version was old and they said it was no longer supported. We have been a long term Premier user and maintained both our Singaporean parent entity and Australian subsidiary in it.
